After lots of rumours, Microsoft has now confirmed that is has acquired SwiftKey, the predictive keyboard app. SwiftKey uses AI to speed up typing by learning your writing style and predicting the next word before you start typing. The underlying technology will be used to enhance Microsoft’s range of products.
